Our online delivery charges are based on providing carriage to MAINLAND UK addresses ONLY
White-glove service will be provided for all oversized, fragile and/or bulky items that require assembly and packaging removal.
Your delivery will be carried out by our specialist White Glove Logistics partner, Henley Shipping, to the standards expected by CP Concept Store & Design Studio, who will contact you to arrange a suitable time (between Monday and Friday) to deliver your order.
Fees are calculated depending on weight and final destination of the products ordered.
The delivery team will deliver your items to your room of choice and remove and recycled all the packaging for you, if required all items will be assembled by the delivery team.
On-site installation is not available for lighting products or wall mounted goods such as, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures.
Please ensure you check and measure access to your property and make us aware of any possible difficulties in delivering your order prior to dispatch. For example, lift sizes, internal doors and tight spaces.
There is also an additional, chargeable option to choose a platform hoist or crane for unconventional deliveries. If you have any concerns about access, we strongly advise you request an access check before arranging delivery. Additional charges may apply.

Customers are required to provide our trusted partner with 72hr notice to cancel an existing booking, failure to do so will result in the current delivery charge being payable and also an additional charge for the re-arranged delivery. If no one is home to accept the delivery charge at the pre-agreed time, this will be classed as a Failed Delivery and a Failed Delivery Charge will be payable.
All goods subject to a lead time due to production are considered ‘made to order’ and are clearly labeled as such on our website.
These items and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, however there is a 24-hour ‘grace period’ where the buyer can cancel the order at no cost by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders placed require payment in full.
Standard lead-times typically range between 4–12 weeks and are clearly displayed in the description of each product

Do note that however that lead-time are estimated and approximate, and can be longer or shorter than the quoted times due to various circumstances.
