CP is aware of the immense environmental impact of interior architecture and design practice, and we want to contribute to greener built environments while reducing our overall carbon footprint. We want to improve the quality of life, health and wellbeing of each and everyone of our clients by minimizing the use of non-renewable sources, creating environmental awareness and by making conscious choices to create sustainable interiors. At CP we care about sustainability.
Our company makes sure to work with manufacturers and suppliers who share the same beliefs as us and can prove they are working with sustainably-sourced materials.
At CP Concept Store & Design Studio we follow 4 principles:
Durability is about choosing products that don’t need to be replaced or repaired as frequently, that are aesthetically timeless and will retain their value over time so people can resell them or pass them on. Products that last longer can be upgraded during their life as long as their style and functionality have durability as well.
Increasing energy efficiency in our designs will help you to reduce your costs by lowering fuel consumption which, in turn, reduces the emission of CO2. We can achieve this by using energy-efficient materials and choosing energy-efficient furniture and accessories.
We believe in the value of reusing old items that are full of history. Products that can be reconfigured in different ways to adapt to different spaces. Also, we consciously choose low impact materials that are sustainable sourced and reused, as well as, sustainable recycle at every stage of the design process.
At CP we do our best to choose materials that have no direct impact on the environment and do not use non-renewable resources. We achieve this by considering how the material is sourced and how it will decompose at the end of its life
