All items ‘made to order’, and Sale Items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Goods that have been specially ‘made to order’ in a specific finish or upholstery colour as per the customer’s specifications cannot be returned. This is in accordance with clause 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and clause 28(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. ‘Made to order’ items are defined as items that are specially produced based on a customer’s choice of finishes as ordered, and put into production as per these specifications. All ‘made to order’ items are clearly labelled as such on the corresponding product page.
However there is a 24-hour ‘grace period’ where the buyer can cancel the order at no cost by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancelation requests notified after 24 hours of placing your order will not be accepted.
Please be aware of the natural and un-avoidable variations the materials used in the production the design pieces may have from the pictures, 3D, AR and VR models showcased on our webstore.
Upholstered items and carpets are produced in different dye cycles, which can cause slight variations in colour.
Materials such as wood, marble or concrete may have natural inconsistencies in grain, pattern and colour.
CP Concept Store & Design Studio is not responsible for textile and natural variations and these will not be considered to be a fault or grounds for Returns.

If your order is received damaged or defective then a replacement will be manufactured and delivered as replacement as soon as possible.
Return requests due to damaged or faulty items notified after 5 days from receiving your order will not be accepted.
The return of goods will be necessary. When sending any item back to us, it is important that you save all the original packaging. Please make sure it is packaged as it was when it arrived with you. If packaging was damaged, extra packaging may be required. We can provide guidance on this matter.
All goods must be returned unused, and in a fully resalable condition in their original packaging without undue delay and in all circumstances no later than 14 days after the day you have informed us of your decision to return.
